Apples
  • You will need:
  • 1 square shaped cake pan
  • 1 circle shaped cake pan.
  • 1 cake mix of your choice
  • Frosting or whipping cream

Follow the instructions on the cake mix package
Pour the blended cake batter into the 2 greased baking pans in equal portions (the square one and the circle one).
Bake according to the package directions.
Cool and remove cake from the pans.
Cut the circle shaped cake down the center into two halves. Place one half of the half circle along one side of the square cake. Place the other half of the circle along the adjacent side of the square cake.

Voila you now have a heart shaped cake for your Sweetheart. Top the cake with bought frosting or make your own by: Whipping the cream with an added splash of red food coloring. Slather the frosting over the cake and sprinkle with cinnamon heart candy to add your own creative touch. Too easy to be this tasty!
